Bloom Boulevard Beautification Project

The existing Bloom Railway corridor, from Drug & Alcohol Abuse Park to bridge west of CaneDome (as shown in the attached map), is hereby designated for redevelopment into a walkable boulevard at ground level with an elevated railway above. The new road shall be signed as "Bloom Boulevard".
