City Treasury Bank Account

A bank account shall be established at Monument Bank to hold the City Treasury, in whole or in part, with joint access granted to all sitting members of the City Council.

Funds from this account may be expended only for official city projects and initiatives with prior Council approval, and shall not be used for any personal purpose.
