Signing the Dawn Guard Pact Treaty

This treaty was mistakenly signed by President ChrisChrispie following the Declaration of Friendship without the consent of the Senate. However, the Senate has not expressed discontent with the treaty nor has moved to overturn it. For all intents and purposes, it has received the consent of the Senate.
