Passing the Icenia Build Back Better Bill

In an effort to rebuild the economy of icenia and grow our commercial presence a government subsidy of 15d and 10 emerald blocks will be paid to new shopkeepers opening a business which meets the following requirements:

1. Clearly visible from the exterior of the building through signage or banners.
2. Competitive pricing on par with similar products sold in other metropolises such as Pavia and Yoahtl.
3. Multiple products offered for sale with sufficient quantity stocked.
4. Communication with the Secretary of Trasury to ensure the shop and its respective wares are added to the shopping guide.
5. Recipients of the subsidy relating to this bill cannot be members of the government of Icenia at the time.

This bill does not qualify existing shops for the subsidy. The subsidy will be paid half upfront, half two weeks after the completion of the shop in question. To apply for this subsidy individuals should contact the secretary of Treasury.
