Passing the Icenia Bounty Hunting Bill

This bill supercedes the Safe Icenia act in terms of guidelines relating to bounty hunting. There shall be no bounty hunting in the lands of Icenia as defined by the constitution and the polygons defined in the land claim bill. Any individual suspected or found to be in violation of this law will be subsequently banned from Icenian lands and potentially be subject to prosecution dependent on the situation.
