Passing the Claims Correction and Expansion Bill

Make the following changes to the Statute of Territory:

Schedule 1: Replace Article 1 with the following:

Article 1:
The Government shall maintain claims polygons accessible at https://civicenia.github.io/government/borders.json which shall constitute the sovereign territory of Icenia, ie, all lands, waters, subterrain, and airspace. It may also include any points of interest that are owned and or operated by Icenia, though these should be made visually and textually distinct as to not confuse a point of interest with sovereign Icenian territory.

Schedule 2: Rename Article 2 as Article 3.

Schedule 3: Add the following article under Article 1:

Article 2: Claims polygons shall only be modified by law, eg, a Senate Bill.

Schedule 4: Omit the claims polygon known as the "Iceniar Portal Area"
