Schedule 2: Replace Given out by a senate majority vote monthly, nominated by any government member. with May be given out by a senate majority vote monthly, nominated by any government member. within the "Icenian of the month" section.

Schedule 3: Replace Given out by the secretary of defense with May be given out by the secretary of defense monthly. within the "Engineer of the month" section.
