I. Senate Elections may only count voters registered before the official opening of voting. Those whose registrations are not counted towards the current election cycle will be counted for the following election cycle

II. Potential Candidates for all government office in Icenia must not have held a foreign government position for at least one Icenian election cycle in order to qualify for candidacy
