(if you did not read this bill chris it basically makes it so when joyfuul drops his video we don’t have 80 raiding cases backing up the courts like a stopped sewer) TL;DR this speeds up le court process for normal shit basically? yes, only in times of crisis basically the senate can “turn it on” for a period of 14 days at a time other than that it’s normal procedure

Interestingly, the Simple Sentences Act was activated on September 27th, before this act was passed, in response to the Joyfull video on CivMC

The delay between Senate passing and the President approving is the cause of the seeming discrepancy between the Senate Term responsible for the passage and the actual date of passage.
