Passing the Constitution Amendment for Automatic Replacement of Senators

Amend IV(d) of the Constitution ("Elections") to add:

Should a seat in the Senate become vacant for any reason, the seat must be filled by recompiling votes from the most recent Senate election as though the previous holder of the seat never ran.
