Passing the One Time Voter Registration Motion of November 2025
Allow for citizens of Icenia to register to vote for the November 2025 election via a delegate. Citizens must have played in Icenian territory during the month of October 2025. The delegates chosen must collect essence from the citizens and deliver to designated individuals as described in the new voter registration bill to have those citizens represented by them be registered. This will be tracked in the election-audit discord channel
Passed by the October 2025 Senate
Purpose: Allow citizens of Icenia to register to vote for the November elections without going to a voter registration booth.
Reason: Due to some delays in creation of voter registration locations in states and centers of population of icenia, the Icenia City registration location is the only current spot to register to vote.
