Passing the Reclaiming Wesbury Act

All territory previously ceded to Wesbury under the Treaty of Wesbury is hereby reclaimed by the Third Republic of Icenia and restored to Icenian jurisdiction, and the Treaty of Wesbury is hereby repealed in full.
