Passing the Statute of Territory Amendment of November 2025

Icenia will give the following land to Kaltsburg as an act of friendship:

• Island at -5512 -4884
• Island at -5413 -4755

Icenia retains the rights to any existing underground civilian and military infrastructure in the given land, and heliodor rights.

Should Kaltsburg go inactive, disband, or attempt to cede this land, Icenia shall retain the right to reclaim the given territory before any other nation.
